If you bought your device from a mobile network provider or carrier, it may be network- or carrier-locked. This means the carrier has placed restrictions on the device that prevent it from connecting to other networks.
If your device is locked, you won't be able to install or use an eSIM. To use an eSIM, you'll need to contact your mobile network provider or carrier and ask them to unlock your device.
If your device was unlocked recently, your carrier may temporarily disable eSIM support as a security measure. In this case, please reach out to your mobile network provider or carrier and ask them to remove or override these security restrictions.
